1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through www.6wines.nl ("the Website"), operated by 6wines ("we," "us," or "our"), registered at De Heivelden 10 with Chamber of Commerce number 83076743 and VAT number NL862716779B01.

1.2. By placing an order through our Website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Age verification

2.1. Due to alcohol legislation, we only sell and deliver alcoholic beverages to persons aged 18 years or older.

2.2. By placing an order, you declare that you are 18 years or older.

2.3. We reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery. If valid identification cannot be provided or if the recipient is under 18, we will not deliver the order and charge return costs.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT (BTW).

3.2. We accept payment through [list payment methods, e.g., iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact].

3.3. Your order will be processed once payment has been received in full.

3.4. We reserve the right to change prices and correct any pricing errors.

4. Delivery

4.1. We deliver to addresses in The Netherlands and Belgium only.

4.2. Delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days

  • Belgium: 2-3 working days

4.3. Risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Orders and stock

5.1. All offers are subject to availability.

5.2. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Out of stock items
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Age verification failures
  • Obvious pricing errors

6. Returns and refunds

6.1. In accordance with Dutch law (Article 6:230o BW), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

6.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Opened bottles
  • Damaged labels or seals
  • Custom orders or personalized products

6.3. Return costs are at your expense unless the product is defective.

6.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

7. Product quality

7.1. We guarantee the quality of our wines at the moment of delivery.

7.2. Cork taint or other quality issues must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

7.3. In case of quality issues, the wine must be returned with at least 75% of its contents for examination.

8. Privacy and data protection

8.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Complaints procedure

10.1. Complaints should be filed within reasonable time after discovery and should include a clear description of the issue.

10.2. We will respond to complaints within 14 days.

11. Liability

11.1. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order.

11.2. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Damages due to improper storage after delivery
  • Damages due to consumption
  • Force majeure situations

12. Intellectual property

12.1. All content on our Website is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors.

13. Applicable law

13.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

13.2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.

14. Changes to terms

14.1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

14.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
